the devs promised us a maximalist title bigger than any other rune factory inspired farming sim, but they gave us a game smaller than stardew valley with DLC that give tiny tina's wonderlands a run for it's money, that, if it weren't for the resource-heavy 3d graphics, would be minimalist. RF5 is better in every way and always will be.

This game has truly become my happy place, filled with countless memories and endless opportunities for fun ♥♥. From embarking on main quest and side quests to diving into dungeons for materials and upgrading weapons, there is no shortage of things to do.

Personally, I find the most joy in designing my farm and house while my partner focuses on gathering materials ♥^O^♥. There's something incredibly satisfying about customizing every aspect of the game, from colors and seeds to clothes and interior design.

The overall experience is both fun and calming, making it the perfect escape from reality. I highly recommend this game for anyone looking to unwind and create lasting memories ♥O♥.

Day one in-game, and I somehow got stuck. I used the built-in "Help I'm Stuck" feature, which to be fair did unstick me, but then I couldn't move or interact with anything. I had no choice but to return to the title screen. I was just about done the first day and when I reloaded, almost all of the progress I'd made was gone. I couldn't manually save, because apparently that's a feature you have to unlock.
