If I purchase the Android version can I start a run in Steam and pick it up on my phone?

I just love Arnold Rauers games, already have most of them on my phone, and would be glad to have them on Steam. Also, it is customary on Steam to do bundle for similar or same franchise/publisher games, like Card Crawler for example

I go to the weekly crawl page, but I don't see how to start the game. I click on any of the days, and the Feb 27 - Mar 3 one at the top, but there it just shows some game rules. There is no play or start button anywhere. What am I missing, please? How do I play the weekly crawl games?...
