As of the writing of this review, the game still needs quite a bit of work. It's got real potential to become one of those games I want to go back to again and again. Right now it's missing quite a few things.

* There is no endgame to speak of. Once you have mostly Tier 3 teachers, battles stop being a challenge and the random event become tedious quickly.
* Building is neat, but you need to get quite a bit of research unlocked so you can build the better rooms. But by then, remodeling your sprawling academy becomes a real chore.
* Research in general becomes very slow the further you go. Nice that I get the skill specific training stations relatively fast, but then I need to spend several days to unlock the one item needed to actually build the special classroom.
* Not enough control over my dudes. It seems they will routinely ignore what I need them to do. Priority 5? Doesn't mean what you think it means. They will **probably** do it, if it's also a priority in the priority menu. Maybe. I need to be able to tell them "guys, this is like an emergency, so please do it" but I can't.
*Seems like they are programmed to stand on the wrong side of the wall they are building every . single . time

Anyways, it is still really good fun, just unpolished at the moment.

Very engaging and addictive. This game has potential to be great. I will be replaying it when more content is available
