Gamebreaking Demo Bug

In the demo at the very start when you come across the chained monster, a scene is supposed to play when you approach the monster. The screen just goes black and nothing happens but I can hear the ambient sounds. Game is running at my monitor's 144 refresh rate as the fps cap, not sure if that is causing issues?...

1. Is there any promotional content? (I.E. Anything only available for a limited time or more complicated than just buying DLC) 2. Is there anything permanently missable, even rewards for fulfilling specific conditions? 3. Is this game identical on all platforms, and what will it release on? 4. Are there any bonuses for having save data from a different video game? 5. What might this game's age rating be and why?...

Controls? Saving? Story?

The FAQ says that the keyboard controls are rebindable in the full game (I could not find where to download the demo). Is this correct? How does the game save progress? The store page mentions "Open and constantly changing world that reacts to the choices you make". Does it mean that the story and exploration are non-linear and there are story-related choices that affect the ending? If there are several endings, are all of them equally "true"?...
