Unfortunately, I'm not sure what triggered this. I tried twice to use a random deck for The Vanguard of Hope Quest, and both times, I was not able to play any cards on the first battle. This did get fixed when I restarted the game. It's possible the second reason it wouldn't let me play any cards was due to the original reason which required a restart. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks...
