I have gotten every achivement other than the second hidden one and the one for getting them all. How do i get it?

( Which I'm assuming is near the end of game ) I have 3 keys, 3 fruits, yet there is so much going on onscreen. lol Advice???

I just completed the game, there were still things I wanted to do and I assumed I could continue after the final boss. Nope! save deleted. Really bizarre choice to make it this way and worse is the complete lack of warning.

i found a red crystal in a secret room, near the dark room with the chest. The one that the river creature tells you about. but i don't know what it does it doesn't show on the menu where the keys are and it doesn't seem like my amount of money increases. does anyone know what it does?...
