Black screen then crash. Loading bar showing and then crash.

Just creating another post about the issue and maybe there can be a fix one day for it lol First time it didn't show the loading bar and all I could see was a black screen and I could hear the music then it crashed. Second time it went through the loading bar and music was playing and then it crashed. I'm getting the error that says: "The instruction at 0x0000FF7180D4C9B referenced memory at 0x000000000000 (many zeros lol). The memory could not be read."...

FIX GUIDE: Game stuck on black screen when starting up

Hi! A number of people have run into the issue where, after the initial load screen, the game gets stuck on a black screen while the main menu music plays. We have found our engine has trouble loading textures on systems with not quite enough memory, which causes this to happen. One way we've found that fixes this for some people is the following. If you like cats and cozy games, then this is the perfect game. However, after a while it gets a bit chaotic, because of all the increasing needs of the customers you need to satisfy.

My son bought this for me, as he felt it looked cute and up my alley. Unfortunately, he forgot that I can't play mouse+keyboard games; I need a controller. So, I've just been waiting for full controller support. So far, it doesn't seem to be there.

So this is just an FYI for other controller folx.
