Bom jogo, acabei de terminar o modo história em 16hrs de gameplay, agora vamos entrar no endgame e ver como o jogo se desenvolve.

The game itself looks decent enough, but there is a graphical issue. A little googling tells me that I'm not the only one experiencing this. I believe the correct term is "hitching". The framerate kind of freezes for a split second every ten seconds or so. Very irritating, and makes me lose all enjoyment of the game.

I spent 2-3 hours trying to remedy this by twiddling and tweaking some stuff, like Control Flow Guard in Win10, GameMode off in Win10, GameBarPresenceWriter off etc, but nothing helped. None of the ingame settings mattered either.

I have a RTX 4070 Super, so this game should be no problem. It comes down to poor PC-optimization from incompetent developers.

I really got into the game, so the video is about an hour long.

Disclaimer: I only played single player, so I don't know how it is with other players.

This game is great so far, I only just got into it after an hour, I didn't even explore all the dialogue options. So there's a lot of story to begin the game with, it starts off a bit slow, but picks up to a good pace.

The premise is a bit like Mass Effect Andromeda, you're people sent to another world far away because earth has had a spot of bother, oh dear. You're cryogenically frozen and sent to another world to start over, and almost everyone sounds American. That said, there were some foreign accents, so that's good to hear!

The controls appear to be fully re mappable, with a good array of accessibility options, including larger text, a better crosshair, toggle for sprint and colour blind modes.

I only just got into the game, and there are classes with huge talent trees, during the tutorial you kill human holograms, so it felt obvious there would be human enemies later, lo and behold, there were. That's fine, it'd be strange to play a cover shooter without humans.
I get the feeling there are definitely other enemies as well. So that's good.

I am an enigma, in fantasy I go for sneaky rogue, but for sci fi I go with whatever the equivalent for a shotgun is, and that's what this game offered me. Blam! But this game has 4 classes, and one of which is like... quick agily, but also you're fine to still go with shotguns... This game speaks to my soul and says "Layla, grab that shotgun and use it as a dagger!"

I recommend checking out my video, you don't have to watch the whole thing, you can skim through bits of it. But the game is really good. It's a little glitchy sometimes and the sound cuts out during some cinematics, but I don't know if that was a problem with the game, or my settings. I have a new speaker, so who knows.

One of my favourite features is that you can change the cosmetics of armour without having to pay anything, just go appearance mode, change. Wonderful. Like Transmog in WoW, but better, because there's no in game cost to change things either. You want to wear the starting gear's appearance forever? You do that, your choice and I love choices.
Want to mix and match and make your own sets? Me too, I love that.

The character creator is a bit basic, but the graphics look really good, so I'll forgive it.
There's a lot of cool hairstyles to explore.

The game is definitely designed to be multiplayer, but you can absolutely play it alone, like I did.

Personally, I strongly recommend trying it for yourself, the game is very cheap for how good it is!
If you do, I hope you enjoy it at least as much as I did.
If you don't, then I hope you find something that interests you.

Addendum: After playing the game a bit longer, I've found that it sometimes crashes and it sometimes disconnects, even if your connection is fine. I did not know this game required always online, even for single player. This is extremely terrible.
I'm keeping the review as a positive because I recognise that the gameplay is good and I know people I'd definitely recommend, but this is a MASSIVE ISSUE and the developers really need to fix it. I'll be looking online to see if there's any mods to fix this, if there is, I'll comment it.
