The AI builds too many EMP Cannons.

I played a few rounds against brutal AI's and I noticed that the AI has a very big flaw. For some reason they always focus on building tons of defensive turrets, mostly EMP cannons. They don't focus on expanding to get more metal income and it doesn't require any effort to overwhelm them. Here is an example with me against 5 brutal AI's.
