Does anyone know what happened?

I never really played this a whole lot on my switch but I still thought it was a solid game from what I played. So when I heard this was being shut down so soon I was very surprised to say the least. I mean, it's only been out for like 2 years? Does anyone know the reason they are shutting it down?...
