Is this condition broken?

https://imgur.com/pGlS9Cb I'm trying to make pre-bossfight dialogs skippable by pressing the START button (you know, the same one that pauses), so naturally my Pause Menu Caller has this condition when it only shows the pause menu when the player character is NOT in the cutscene action... The problem? The "When Not Doing Specified Actions" checkbox is making no difference whether it's checked or not. By the way, the change condition is set to "Change If All Conditions Are Met" I already tried the "not" ...

Testing VS Game build

I've noticed differences between testing, and an actual game build. Such as: Testing plays different sound effects than what the object is suppose to play. Objects are not at their proper location. Scene height/space is seemingly larger in testing than actual build. (Non visible space. 1 width 1 height. On testing there seems to be more space for objects to travel off screen vertically.) Doesn't even launch

Closes again immediately. I see the logo for a second. Dont have any anti virus or anything. I use a 2k monitor and a Full HD one. Even tried disabling one and launching but its the same issue.

Fixed issue that some items in "Runtime Actions" were not displayed correctly and could not be selected.

Player

Fixed issue that could cause saved data to be generated in an unintended location.

To apply this Beta version please change the branch via the Steam library.

Caution: We strongly recommend backing up your project before attempting the following.

1.Go to Steam Library, right click "Pixel Game Maker MV" and select "Properties".
2.Click on the "Beta" tab, select the correct version and close "Properties".

[Reverting Back to Default]
Follow the instructions below to switch from the Beta version back to the previous version.
1.Go to Steam Library, right click "Pixel Game Maker MV" and select "Properties".
2.Select "None" and close "Properties".
