'Group members are required to play all games they won from monthly mandatory giveaways in Akatsuki within 4 months after their winning. etc etc'

He will then have to create 1 additional mandatory giveaway and these penalty giveaways must be created for games in the current Top20 group's wishlist.
The penalty giveaways will have to respect all standard rules for mandatory monthly gifts, “Play or Pay” rule included for the future winners.

This gift was part of the advent calendar. Only users who haven't already exceeded the 2 maximum wins in this event can participate in this penalty giveaway.

Yes, it's a pity because is a really good user. In the future, if he/she change his/her mind and want to make games that are most wanted in the group, it will be welcome again
