Is anyone else having trouble with the achievements? I know for a fact I should have gotten at least two, if not three, but nothing. It's a little distressing!

I just have a concern about the ending of the New Game+ mode. Well, actually more like I'm concerned I may have a problem with the ending not loading properly. I don't know. Hello I asking for support as I downloaded Corinne Cross's Dead and Breakfast a while ago to play on my Mac but whenever I try to open the game it crashes within a minute or so of it opening. I'm not sure why this is happening as steam says at least Mac OS 10.10 and I have 11.5, so as far as I know it should work and I have enough storage for it. When I was playing New Game+ I encountered a short scene in the washroom of the master bedroom (the one that's on the direct other side of the second story as your room). It was a short scene with an invisible ghost. I was wondering if there was anything more to it or if anyone else know's anything about it?...
