i got stuck at bath level

i filled up the bath by putting the thing over the strings, however, the level doesn't clear. is there another puzzle within that level that i need to solve?

Window: Shader version 1.50 not supported

It says on your homepage: "I get an error saying I don't have shader version 1.5 Your graphic card or drivers may be too old. Try updating your drivers." Well everything is updated! So what's the solution?
