Are the achievements broken for this game? I'm new to the game and have read through a few pages of discussions and guides, and it seems this is happened before...?

After popping back into this for the first time since January 12th, 2015, I was made aware in other threads of the presence of an editor, however, when attempting to use it, regardless of if I hotkey it up with Alt + E, or otherwise type "edit", and/or "Editor" in the developer console, literally nothing happens save for it putting the game into windowed mode, firstly, secondly showing a black screen. Ok, so I was looking at my badges and happened to notic that YHTWTG has trading cards. It stated that I had no card drops remaining, that I have earned no card drops and that I was not elligible for booster packs. I then checked the Steam market to find some cards but found nothing. Is there another way to obtain these cards?...
