Played this back in 2017, just tried booting it, no succes, everything fresh downloaded. What could be wrong?

I know the servers are down and whatever, I just want to know if there's a way to get the game files onto steam and SAM it?

There is no download button on the Steam page, instead it says I need an En Masse account to link to Steam. I created the account, now what do I do? Yes, I am doing this just to get the Black Rose knife... hopefully it won't be in vain. EDIT: If you're coming here to be rude, just forget it and leave please....
