v0.6.1 - Balance Tuning

Sep 22

Just a quick balance update as some people were having trouble defeating the final boss. If anyone is still having issues after this update, let me know!

List of Changes

reduced Warlock's fire rate and damage per hit
increased gold reward for killing Bone Giants
reduced cost for Inner Fire I and Arcane Power V
included Inner Fire II, an extra HP upgrade, from the full game
reduced enemy movement speed on map 3
renamed Resounding Fragments to Resonant Fragments so it fits properly in tooltip

Legion Breaker

Spell cast sound is horribly desynced

The sound of a cast plays so late that the projectile is nearly halfway to the target. This really throws off my aim. Please sync it properly.

[demo] Mouse cursor suddenly moves up and disappears. I cannot move it anymore...

until I restart the game. Do you think this is something in my setup as I'm not seeing other reports? I cannot finish the demo :( Anyone else experiencing this?

Would definitely love click to fire.

Frequently I would fire while moving mouse to a good point. Also a visual indication of when the cursor is about to fire would be nice.

Ultra Widescreen

I’m playing the demo at 3440x1440, and the full arena isn’t visible at that resolution. Parts of it get cut off. If I start the game in a 16:9 resolution and then switch to 21:9, it displays correctly at first. However, as soon as the next fight begins, the issue comes back and the arena is cropped again....

Game run under Linux through Proton, but no achievements.

Enyjoyed the demo, but sadly achievements are not being picked up at all under Proton. I think the fix for this is like 1 or 2 lines depending on the engine. It really should be a quick fix, else it also wont work on the full version, which would be sad. If you need any help, with testing, feel free to dm me ^^...
