Having iX 1 playable in 120fps is like seeing Mona Lisa do a kickflip and riding away into the sunset with a cigarette in her mouth

You know how devs sometimes go back to their older releases in order to fix glaring issues or improve performance, even though they don't profit off of that? Yeah, that's not Inti.

Look, I love Gunvolt, I love plenty of Inti's games, but they've been nickle-and-diming their fans wherever possible for quite some time now and this collection is more of that.
Everything that's been added in here could easily and reasonably have been added via a patch, but instead they release this collection and charge people money for it. Gross.

Don't be like me, this collection is not worth it if you already own the original versions.
The changes to iX 1 are extremely minor and barely worth mentioning and those to iX 2 do nothing to fix the fundamental issues with that game. This collection is a waste.

Oh and you gotta love time-limited "loyalty" discounts.
It's not much of a reward for customer loyalty when there's a strict time limit on it. They don't have to do it that way, they just choose to.

Just started the collections and trying to see the changes between the collection and the originals please note I haven't completed the collection yet

There are some ups and downs when it comes to this collections

The positives are
iX 2 that it does damages as the kudos accumulates

The downs are

The config for iX 2 players that are keyboard users when trying to change the confirm (1 and 2) and cancel (1 and 2) to the attack and jump button it don't work must use a separate button (Please not that this didn't happen to the original iX2 I found out this out when playing back to see the difference changes between the collection and original) This problem doesn't apply to iX 1 of the collection as well just iX2 which I was very confused about

Although this is kind of a small nitpicking as well I would have also like the first kill of melee attack to get a bonus which was small complain for me doing the review for original iX2

I was hoping to get the bounty hunter and the coin magnet skills that iX2 got to iX1 to get bonus coins from beating the stages and having the money follow you would help with reducing the grind but that didn't happen
