After almost two years of development, sleepless nights, countless moments of joy, incredible support from our community, and watching Otto's adventure grow into what it is today, we're finally ready to share the news...

The last full week of September is Sea Otter Awareness Week, and we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate these amazing creatures than by releasing our little otter adventure.

With the release date approaching, we still have some polishing to do, plenty of testing ahead, and a few final touches to put on the story. But we couldn't be happier with how the game is shaping up, and we can't wait for you to experience it!

In the full game, you'll be able to:

• Experience Otto's story from beginning to end

• Explore new biomes, both above and below the water

• Meet new characters and uncover their stories

• Discover new mechanics, including brand-new abilities

• Learn how everything in Otto's world is connected through nature

• And, of course, restore the Balance like the true Keeper you are!

Thank you for all the helpful feedback on our demo, your ideas, support and kind words. When we started this journey, we never imagined that Otto's little story would touch with so many people. Seeing your excitement means a lot 🩵

As we prepare for Steam Next Fest, we wanted to share another update with the latest fixes and improvements we've made:

• Adjusted the spawning positions of several jellyfish to prevent overlaps during minigames and while exploring points of interest

• Increased the interaction radius for Daisy’s puzzle

• Improved interaction behavior for underwater imbalance patterns

• Slightly reduced jump delay after input

• Prevented accidental NPC hits when attempting to interact with them

• Improved a couple of onboarding messages

• Improved dialogue clarity in a few places

• Added a fast-travel buoy inside the Tides Cave to better indicate the water surface and provide easier access to the cave

• Moved the Paw Button to improve gameplay clarity

• Slightly desaturated the map to improve icon readability

• Fixed an issue where the Goat Climber NPC's equipped stakes were not visible

• Fixed an issue causing additional lights to flicker

• Fixed an issue where Camera Assist could be enabled during gameplay when switching between keyboard and gamepad controls

• Fixed several issues related to map panning and zooming

• Fixed several onboarding messages not appearing as intended

• Fixed an issue where interacting with environment objects unrelated to a minigame could interrupt the game session
