Hey everyone!

It’s time to flip the sign to OPEN. Replay Value: Second Hand Games is here!

Start with a small second-hand game store and make it your own. Buy used games, negotiate with colorful customers, restore forgotten finds, and turn a good deal into your next shop upgrade.

• Buy, sell, and bargain: Check market values, set your prices, and decide when to push for a better deal… or take the money!

• Give old games a second chance: Clean discs, restore cartridges, and test potentially defective games. That suspicious bargain might just become your next treasure.

• Get hands-on with hardware repairs: Take apart PCs, consoles, handhelds, and retro hardware. Remove dust, solder cracks, replace damaged parts, and put everything back together.

• Build your personal collection: Bring your finest finds home and work toward collecting 100 unique five-star games. Keep collecting beyond that with your home storage chest!

• Make the store your own: Unlock more platforms and genres, expand your shelves, and choose furniture styles that suit your shop.

Visit Steven’s Cafe for drinks with daily bonuses, take on weekly magazine challenges, or meet special customers bringing coin flips, dice, rock-paper-scissors, and other minigames to your workday.

Need a break? Head to Riley’s Arcade for a space shooter, a brick breaker, and Sunset Drive. Then head home, admire your collection, and give the cat some well-earned attention.

To everyone who played the demo, reported bugs, shared suggestions, or wishlisted the game: thank you. Your feedback helped us shape this little shop into something much bigger.

We’re excited to hear about your first great bargain, your favorite customer, and the game you just couldn’t bring yourself to sell.

If you encounter an issue or have feedback, please share it in the Steam discussions or through your Steam reviews. Let us know what happened and which version you’re playing so we can investigate.

Your next great find is waiting. Welcome to Replay Value!

Hey everyone!

Replay Value: Second Hand Games will launch on November 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM UTC!

We’re taking a little more time to polish your second-hand game store experience and add more things to do between buying, selling, and hunting down treasures for your personal collection.

We also like to thank our players for helping us reach our 30,000 wishlist goal! We got over 1,000 pieces of feedback sent through the form, and our goal is to address all the feedback and bugs reported by our players for the full game!

Device repairs
Give old hardware a second chance! We’re working on repairs for consoles, retro consoles, handhelds, and PCs, with hands-on activities like taking devices apart, removing dust, soldering cracks, replacing damaged components, and putting everything back together.

(Sorry for the WIP white squares)

Customers with minigames
Not every visitor is here just to buy or sell! We’re adding special customers who bring a little friendly competition to your counter, including coin flips, dice rolls, and rock-paper-scissors. We’re also working on a prize wheel and a cup-shuffling game to bring even more variety to your workday.

Arcade polish and balancing
Take a break from the counter with our space shooter, brick breaker, and Sunset Drive arcade games. We’re refining their presentation, interfaces, audio, and balancing to make your trips to the arcade feel even better.

A more polished shop experience
We’re continuing to refine the core systems and interactions, alongside new artwork and animations, so your shop feels welcoming, lively, and satisfying to run.

Our goal is to make running your store about more than the next transaction: restoring nostalgic finds, meeting memorable customers, and enjoying the little moments along the way.

We are hoping our players will understand that we moved our public release date indicated on the store page 2 months later than it was. This was because of our team's plan to add more content to the game, like repairs and special customers.

These are our current launch plans, and we’re still testing and refining the details.

Thank you for your patience and support. We can’t wait to welcome you into your own second-hand game shop!
