Cohen 1939 Demo Removal Announcement

Hey, everyone!

First off, thanks for your all your support for Cohen 1939. We really appreciate it.

Today we've got a quick announcement to make: Various issues remain with the current demo; its content and overall gameplay differ significantly from the full version (which is launching very soon). We're proud of what we've created here, and don't want new players to think the demo represents our finished product. So, we're removing this demo today to ensure everyone gets the full Cohen 1939 experience once it's out.

We plan to release in Sep 29, 2026 （PDT）. Right now, we're carrying out some final tweaks and tests as part of our pre-launch preparations. Thanks to all who played the demo and told us what they thought. We wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for all the brilliant feedback you've provided!

You've been right beside us throughout this journey. And now, we're almost there. We're thrilled to share the tale in its full glory. Prepare to set out into the dark, rainy night, and hit the streets of Birmingham... We'll see you there!

Am I missing something in the demo?

In the tutorial, I need to subdue three drunks with an umbrella. The umbrella breaks after hitting the first two drunks and I can't proceed with just punching the last drunk. He keeps getting up even if I punch him a bunch of times. Is the demo bugged or am I just missing something?...

England Accents

The game is pretty cool and even the AI used for the voices isn't bad. Just odd to be in England with no English accents. Unless I am missing something,
