The release on September 29 is getting closer and closer, and we are incredibly excited to show more of the game today.

Transport Fever 3 is about much more than just making money with your transport network, as your towns and cities have many different needs that evolve over time. Working on one demand or problem at a time is the key to your ultimate success as a tycoon.

Emerging challenges need to be mastered: you not only have to deliver the right goods at the right time and build efficient public transport connections, but at the same time prevent or deal with traffic problems, keep pollution and noise under control, and monitor the satisfaction of the population. As you become more successful, they’ll become more demanding.

The more your cities grow, the more complex these challenges become and the more your skills will be tested to find optimal solutions. This combination of planning, management and efficient tactics is exactly what makes the new tycoon gameplay the ultimate goal of Transport Fever 3. We hope you like it just as much as we do! But remember: even the biggest tycoons need a holiday from time to time. So, if you would rather play without having to worry about all these factors, you can fully customize your experience. Decide how much individual aspects such as noise, pollution, or town reputation should matter, or simply turn them off altogether… or set them to maximum if you really want to see what you’re capable of.

What made the previous TFs bland?

Lack of replayability, you do the same thing each time with no incentive to play, a Co-op or multiplayer function would make this game infinitely better with way more play time

The wait is almost over - today we are happy to announce that Transport Fever 3 launches on September 29, 2026!

Transport Fever 3 will launch simultaneously for PC, Mac, and Linux via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and new also on GOG, as well as for PlayStation®5 and XBOX Series X|S.

After years of development, countless trains, planes, ships, buses, trucks, cities, industries and transport networks, we are incredibly excited to finally reveal the Deluxe Edition, and for the very first time in the series a limited Collector’s Edition, and official merchandise! As a thank you, Transport Fever 2 players will receive an automatic Loyalty Discount.

Summertime means gamescom time! We are happy to announce that Urban Games will be present with Transport Fever 3 in the entertainment area at gamescom 2026 in Cologne! Can't wait to meet the team at our booth and get your hands on the controls? Now is your chance, join us in hall 8.1 - booth B-053.

Come visit us to talk about all things Transport Fever and see if you have what it takes to become a transport tycoon - we're looking forward to show you how far Transport Fever 3 has come! Whether you're curious about gameplay, development, or what's coming next, we're looking forward to answering your questions, showing off our latest highlights, and diving deep into what we've been working on.

At our booth, you'll get to experience some of the game's most exciting features firsthand. Step into the action with our iconic helicopter and London bus displays, and jump into one of our demo stations for an extended hands-on playsession of up to one hour.

This Game Deserves Support, Not a Flood of Unfair Negativity before the Release! 🎮❤️

I honestly don’t understand the flood of negative comments. 🤷‍♂️ It feels like some people are judging the entire game and the developers based on past issues of who they’ve cooperated with, instead of judging the actual game in front of us. Look at how much effort, time, and detail has gone into this game. Multiple Biomes per Map?

I wasn't able to find this information. But I think it would be great, if it were possible to have multiple biomes in a single map. Would love to have a line from the mountains to the sea or from a forest to the desert.
