Truckful

Key rebinding :/

Please, add key rebinding for keyboard and mouse! This is not some nice to have accessibility stuff for convenience - it's basic functionality for many gamers. There are left handed or disabled people, those with different keyboard layouts like AZERTY or those conditioned to a certain layout through decades of muscle memory - many of them cannot play a game without key rebinding. Please, get the basics right first! You could have the best game in the world, but it's no use if I cannot play it....

Steam Deck Support Update ✅

Oct 6

Hey everyone 👋

Truckful is 3 days away from launch and we're beyond excited to finally let you drive and pack the pickup truck! Since a lot of players look forward to playing the game on handheld devices like the Steam Deck, here is a brief update:

We're extensively testing Truckful on Steam Deck since the announcement back in 2024, travelled to both PAX East and West where we showcased all demos on this great device and there is no other way than just to confirm Truckful maintaining a steady 60fps on high settings throughout most of the game! 🥳

There are also different quality settings in Truckful in case your linux device is struggling as our aim is to let players with lower-end devices to still be able to enjoy our game.

We're also waiting for the official green tick so keep your fingers crossed it arrives before launch 🤞

Absolutely so much fun! It's basically Pacific Drive meets Outbound but Death Stranding is the supportive uncle. Such a fun experience and probably one of the smoothest experiences I have ever had on handheld. Great job!

Truckful Is a Game Worth Your Time and Money

I really enjoyed playing the demo of Truckful, so I was excited to see the full game finally release. Usually, when a newly released game gives me the option to carry over my demo save, I jump at the chance. This time, though, I decided to start from scratch and experience everything fresh.

I’m looking forward to seeing what the developers have planned for the future, including any new content they might add, and where they decide to take this adventure. So far, it’s been a fun experience, and I’m excited to see what comes next.

Absolutely is this game worth your time. What's not to adore about this quaint little (cursed) forested area with houses here and there, a town with a pretty cobbled townsquare, and a hotel which really looks more like a glorified shack? You get a nifty lil' trucky-truck pick-up with a wide assortment of upgrades, cool character designs, an amazing artstyle choice, and who can forget the sheep!

Oh yeah and cargo has physics so you can juggle people around cuz people are cargo according to this game :D every historical colonial power would be proud

"Developers recommend playing this game with a controller"

I've only just now noticed this warning on the lower side of the store page instead of at the top where it's normally located; does this placement mean that it can be played with kb&m? Also, what specifically about the control-scheme makes the controller preferred? Thanks in advance....
