YouTube Vid Not Associating to Community Hub

I made a full playthrough video of the demo because I couldn't see any in the community hub videos here, but I'm thinking the reason for that may be that the game isn't set up to properly associate posted videos yet. I don't know what goes into that, but I know it wasn't listed when I had to select what game the video was showing. I tried spacing the colon in the title differently, adding the hyphen and "Demo" at the end, etc., but nothing made it post to the video page in the community hub here. With t...

Major Map Rework Now Available + Achievements Update

Hi everyone,

We’ve been hard at work on Maseylia: Echoes of the Past, and we’re excited to share a major improvement: the map system has been completely reworked.

The new version is now available in the demo!

This rework makes navigation clearer and more intuitive, while preserving the sense of exploration. It should now be easier to understand how areas connect and where to go next, without losing the mystery of the world.

🏆 Achievements

The achievements system is now being integrated into the game.

It will reward exploration, progression, and mastery of the game’s mechanics.

🎮 Playtests & Game Length

Playtests are going well, and we’re continuing to polish the experience based on player feedback.

A standard playthrough currently offers around 10–15 hours of gameplay, depending on your exploration and playstyle.

Hello everyone,

We’re very happy to share a major milestone in the development of Maseylia.
The game is now almost finished in terms of content.

✔️ The main areas are implemented
✔️ Core mechanics and abilities are in place
✔️ The overall progression and structure of the game are defined

At this point, our focus is shifting to the final and crucial phase of development.

🎮 What are we working on now?

From now on, our efforts are mainly dedicated to:

Game feel – making movement, combat, UI and abilities feel as satisfying and responsive as possible

Animations – improving fluidity, readability, and overall visual feedback

Polish – refining details, visuals, sound feedback, and user experience

Side Mission / Annex Content – Expand the world of Maseylia: Echoes of the Past with optional content that deepens exploration, reinforces abilities, and increases replay value

Testing & bug fixing – identifying issues, improving stability, and ensuring a smooth experience across the game

This phase is all about transforming a complete game into a great game. It’s where everything comes together and where the experience really starts to shine.

Maseylia: Echoes of the past

Good demo!

Is there an objective or goal that "ends" the demo or is it just a sandbox? I acquired several abilities and just kept exploring until I found a spot where I fell to the void and had to quit because there is no out of bounds detection. I even saw a test cube (lol) :) Some feedback - don't put damageable objects right next to NPCs, it blocks attacks. Movement feels ok after getting used to it. Simple and round character shadow makes platforming feel good. Not a huge fan of the art style but it's definitely...
