Turn-Based Combat? Has the Combat Been Changed?

I just saw the release date trailer and noticed that, unlike the demo from 6 months ago, that it seem to have turn based battles now rather than the, if I'm being honest, mobile game like combat from the demo. Has the combat changed and will the game have turn-based combat in the final product?...

What the hell

This is one of the least intuative games I've ever played and I've playing games for like 30 years. I don't know what to say here, the previews and videos look interesting but actually setting up an avatar and playing the game felt about as clear as mud. I'd really consider delaying your launch and having a hard look at your UI and tutorials. And adusting player numbers by clicking on the number and dragging left or right? I've never seen that before and I think for good reason, put in some buttons or numb...

We are doing a playtest this weekend as we are coming closer to our release.

START: 8th May, Friday at 17:00 (5:00 PM) CET (Central European Time, UTC+1)
END: 10th May, Sunday at 21:00 (9:00 PM) CET (Central European Time, UTC+1)

I'm seeing four factions with four units each for their army, is this the case, it's very confusing to what all this game actually has for content, IMO?

Demo Dominance Wars Feedback

I've played the Story, and a Round of Dominance Wars with Erol first and second Avatar. First of all, I don't understand why the Story teaches you manual combat, and then you can't manually combat during the Skirmish. Based on the very limited things you can influence during manual combat, I feel not much would be lost if it just had Auto-Combat. I'd suggest either make manual combat much deeper, or just focus on the world map and remove the manual combat completely, it feels very half-baked at the moment...
