Underkeep launches on November 5, 2026.

We promised ourselves that we wouldn't add anything else to the game this late in development. Then our programmer basically said “meh” - and somehow Underkeep ended up with a few more features anyway.

First of all: minimap notes are finally here.

You can now place your own notes directly on the minimap - mark suspicious walls, places you want to return to, unfinished business, or simply leave a warning for your future self.

Heroes also cry out when they die now, because apparently silently collapsing wasn't dramatic enough.

Our intro and outro sequences now feature professional voice-over narration, adding a little more life to the beginning and end of your journey.

We're also squeezing in a few smaller quality-of-life features before release that should make your journey through Underkeep a little more comfortable.

Some reviewers and content creators will get access to Underkeep before release, so don't be surprised if you start seeing streams, videos or screenshots from the full game from November 2. If you want to experience everything completely blind, consider this your spoiler warning.

We're almost there. Our next Steam update will be the last one before release, with the final details about the launch.

November 5 is getting very close. Will you be ready?
