@Sam, that's not my case
the controller works just fine on this distro, but I can't use it with games on steamplay...

@Tmokenc are you using it wireless? Xbox One and 360 controllers usually work in Linux without problems if you connect them with USB cable. Wireless however is a hit or miss depending on distro.

WOW. So far the games I tested from the Beta List works perfect for me.
I tested DOOM, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, Bejeweled 2 Deluxe, Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (Classic 2005), Geometry Dash, Doki Doki Literature Club.

My Specs: Distro: Debian 10
video Drivers: Nvidia 390.77 (default from Debian repositories)
video Card: MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070Ti
Memoria: 16Gb
Processor: Intel Core i7-33770K @ 3.50GHz

I'm gonna hold off about a year because i'm still using windows for destiny 2, yes i know i can dual boot and plan on it in about a year.
I do hope this gets to the point to were all games work day one with this, when it does the Ubuntu Linux will be the new home for gaming for me.
