As with many things in CS:GO, like hit reg, VAC is pretty bad. Many a time, people have been falsly VAC banned (mostly because of cheating in the background, on games like cookie
clicker.) If you dont know, VAC is Valve Anti Cheat - the clue is in the title.
Now, I'm not saying you were hacking, but this occurrance is very rare. However, there are other programs which can lead to

Yeah, things like cheat engine are just silly, even
for singleplayer games (What's the point of cheating in clicker games, for instance?).
