The game will not load at all for me. After watching a black screen for a bit, the game crashes with the following error:

got an issue - when I start a multiplayer game, I can't get past "Loading, please wait" screen, don't get errors or anything. The game works completely fine when I'm starting a singleplayer session
tried to fix this:
1. Reinstalling the game and verifying file integrity - did nothing, files are okay.
2. Giving full storage access to Steam and Civilization apps - also didn't help.
