It does read my post: You did not get banned for cheatengine unless you injected into csgo. Many times I have had cheat engine on for browser
games or a clicker games and nothing every happened to me on any of my accounts. Cheatengine will only get you banned if you inject it into the game, not other processes.

own ..or ya recently changed some mouse settings or installed a auto mouse clicker or some cheat engine ??? if yes disable it.....
