I changed the letter of my Hard Drive (from X: to H:) where I have this game installed. Unfortunately, the game can no longer find the save file with all my characters - ones I've put maaaany hours into. Any advice on how to fix this?

there is a problem where if you have a requisitioned aircraft, and then your team loses all bases that support that aircraft, you can't return your requisitioned aircraft, so you can't request a new one. because you can't navigate to an airbase that can select that aircraft

Because haters and trolls don't even use the word correctly. The only type of "games" that should be called that are R18+ games.

I dont know have you seen the knock off game of this (Winning Derby). Now that one even though it is not 18+ sort of questionable design decisions.

ok so if i get this right, if I run the game at 60 FPS 1080p then I won't face issues, even better yet at 30fps, correct? and yes I am on win11.

The game is capped at 60 fps by default and you can unlock the frame cap with ff13fix in the .ini configuration file.
Besides some minor glitches in animations, the high frame rate shouldn't really be an issue.

Problem is that PC port for of FF13 is untouched since 2014 and thus not fully compatible with modern PC.

Some people here wrote they have new 18 core CPU, RTX GPU and Win11 and having frequent crashes or the game wont launch at all.
Other say they have similar new HW and play the game without issues.
So I guess it's just finicky about certain CPU, GPU, drivers, OS combinations and you wouldn't know till you try.
