I just bought the game and when i enter the game close after 5sec without error message or something.

I just encountered the same error. The checkbox was already off. (I had this game installed before on mostly the same hardware, but now after an OS reinstall it gives the above error when I try to
install/patch it.)

Also I have 8GB memory, and the game wasn't using more than a couple hundred MBs.
