I don't know, and I wont ask, but I completely delete any Creation and then re-install, I don't do an in-place update. So if an updates available, I Delete, restart, then go back into creations menu and Download (and obviously I don't do just 1 at a time).

Splitters and mergers have a small hidden internal inventory.
If you used the production line for high speed connectors first, and then repurposed it, there may be some left hidden in splitters and mergers, that can emerge unexpectedly.

Also a lot more forced mistakes in the current version. Like you had mentioned, passes went directly to the opponents, or not to the directions we intended to pass. Your inputs were pretty much irrelevant. The game decided when our players became the dumb-asses, and didn't do anything when we needed them to move. All Konami wanted was to cater to the noobs who spend money and buy new cards. It gave them the delusion that they were good when it was mainly because of the ai that played for them.

Not trying to be difficult but I would if I thought it'd help. Even if I unsubscribe from every mod, not just disable, and run a new game on freshly reinstalled game, it still is in slowmo. It's not the mods as far as I can tell.
