TBH even if they were rendered at a higher resolution, they still look like trash compared to the game at 4K on Ultra set to DLAA and that is more jarring than the FPS drop and that is just the norm for cutscenes on most games if you have a decent rig.

If you have to run low settings on a lower resolution screen then maybe the switch to cutscenes isn't so jarring.

Normal difficulty, I've been watching him since it's my neighbor and he waged 3 holy wars, and a bunch of others without incurring any penalties despite breaking every conceivable truce. He is rich, lots of reknown, piety, etc. It's the same king, Rhodri, he conquered all of England and is moving into France which is insane. He doesn't even have a massive army, one ally, has a max 7k levies

Edit: He has only 5.5k levies

Is he a Conqueror?
This AIs tend to break the Rules, to be able to declare a War.

Also, AI Conquerors don't declare any War via the Declare War Interaction, instead it is a scripted Event, which declares War for them.

In B/R, I recommend Strategic Betrayal and , I would fix that problem by adding more card draw as red and black have access to a good bit.

How much more draw can I realistically slot in?

Bearing in mind, all my draws cost 2/3 ( 4 for circle of power, but that one's a weird card for just draw), and I'm usually needing to put out fires and don't generally have room in my opening hand for all the land, removal, and more draw.

Have tried the season pass back at season 19. Good thing, at least it's benefit me well.

If you have the tickets, if not, you can't get all the First Stuff. Also, your behind, from the lack of the 25% boost that is always on.

Benefit of Fallout First, is the extra daily challenge, and the Score Boost. Also, the Atoms, from the subscription, and boxes, that you can put stuff into. But, it can take a bit of money, and you have to unsubscribe, when you want to quit.

You need the tickets, for the Fallout First Rewards, it takes Fallout First, about 15 or so, more levels to get it all. But, if you skip some consumables, a little less.

Also, if you don't have Fallout First Active, you can't unlock, Other Fallout First stuff.

It really doesn't, because anybody is free to educate themselves on these things. Our laws are basically common laws everywhere else in the world. It's illegal to set fires on government property in pretty much every country. I'm unaware of any place where it's legal. And we've educated him on these things. He's STILL arguing against it. Being foreign has nothing to do with it, he absolutely refuses to learn. I think it's just really poor quality trolling.

Makes no sense but turning only textures down to medium and mesh down to 1 fixes the pop in, but I shouldn't have to do this as I get more than enough fps on high so idk why this is happening.
