I can't fiend either of the 2 beggers in Skingrad. I am 100% sure that I did not kill them. I've tried using the wait feature, tried going to other areas of the map outside of skingrad, and even restarted the game.

On paper she's seem alright
But seriously its been a whole S2 and you can tell she's trash AF
Non of her hits a line to a degree at all unlike 80 of the rosters does.
Her dmg is extremely low she's has zero extension momentum beside during raijin or D,F1 with it has a 13 to 14 start up and its not has good comparing to Heihachi or jin each stat at 12frames
Has no atk that leave opponents guard stunt compare Asuka D,2 or kazuya F,4 or D,F 1,2 hell almost everyone has a magic moves that guarantee extremely plus frames with huge push back and can spam 4 to 6 times
Reina has non, no true tornado like heihachi jump 3,4 or Asuka u,f 1,2

Almost all her moves has trash frame start up
Let me example
Okay everyone has 10 frames jab it common of course
But certain jabs aren't has equal to go for a punish . Like Lidia Jin azucena has the best jab due to animations purposes. But respectfully speaking almost all her hit start with 15 to 22 frames with huge - frames
Good example is comparing her to Leo this character get away with so much she can't beat her at her evening if you play passive aggression there really nothing can work due to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ design of reina works.

But there is a fine flaw that she has and it heaven n earth stand along with wind God step. But is limits huge that make or break and that is you cant block but yet 80% of a rosters has a stand mechanics and can't block but you just can't with reina. Anyway she's needs a buff.

Here the buff that should normal from the beginning

2,1 imput should be easier to perform efficiently

(by the way its a high with no tracking in the game anyway)

D,B4 14frame start up from 16frame its the most slowest low in game

1,2,3,4 on third hit counter give stunt plus air time true tornado along same go for rising 3,4 twin stringer

Rising 1 12 frame start from 13
Rising 2 start up is 15frame guarantee guardstunt
Rising 3 13 frame start up from 15frame

D,B 2 started 15frame (its a 20frame start up doesn't make since)

AC at 23-28 is far from decent tbh. I think by then my lowest AC toon had way over 30 and i was pushing 40+ on the tanks.

So first of i think you're missing some AC layers there.
Make sure you have AC (armor) AC (natural armor) AC (dodge) AC (deflection) and stoneskins. (and haste)

It should indeed be a really easy fight, i think the elder elemental was harder than the guy itself. and lizards shouldn't even be touching you at this point. They all have low saves and get crapped on by the usual disables spells.

As for the diplomacy, it comes after, you should let him scan your mind if you want to ally up to the lizards, otherwise you kill him.

Definitely, I love this game
More "Biomes" and enemy types would be super cool
