"...улучшить использование трафика..." Наконец-то, не прошло и 100 лет.

Was able to fix it by copy to install folder file d3dx9_43.dll from DX9 setup (Jun2010_d3dx9_43_x86.cab).
You can download it from Microsoft: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 and run it. Will extract files to selected folder. Then you just need to find cab and extract file from there.

What of the human silhouettes of the Scrapper and the Bogeys encountered?

And it could be resolved by simply encasing the bike fully. Like Tron bikes, but somehow made to fit the theme.

sorry didnt see this till now. i maxed out the point bonuses with the constellations, then i needed at least a 170 ll character. then artifacts i go for a mix of defense and attack.
during the run, i will almost always choose the highest quality item. damage boosters are the top choice after rarity. then, its just luck and perseverance

Could you give us some insight to your build? Every time I think I have an idea for a good build it just eventually runs off.

So much new content! I am really looking forward to getting the DLC and playing with all of the new content! The Monk, Toymaker, and Fortune Teller look AMAZING. Cannot wait to see them in action.
