I have said, repeatedly, that I acknowledge that the settings for ultrawide are distinctly lacking in the game. I have said, repeatedly, that I agree the developers should fix it.

What I have also said is that this does not make the game unplayable - you can continue to use it as a standard aspect ratio monitor by adjusting the settings to not force ultrawide. The game is not "unplayable" because people like yourself continue to try and use settings that you acknowledge the game does not have. Whether they have tried to implement it or not is irrelevant to the point that they are not here right now, and you complaining the game is unplayable without them is, factually, wrong.

This discussion has been brought up multiple times and, again, is a valid request. Asking them to prioritise fixing something they said was working and isn't is a valid request.

Having an attitude that the game is OMG LITRULY UNPLAYABLE and calling it a dumpster fire like someone above? Not valid.

The game should work, as advertised, on Ultrawide monitors, with an equally effective FOV.

We are at the point when it will be easier and faster to abandon this game, got some investors, hire new developers and make exactly same game all over again but with better code basis, than fixing this one.

Surely sir, you are aware that you cannot code or develop games yourself - that is to say, it cannot have escaped your knowledge that you are not a game developer.

The "code basis" - i.e. the "engine" is Unity. There are plenty of modules that are OTS in the game and in Unity. "Spaghetti" code doesn't really enter into it - not least because "spaghetti code" is largely a web backend/Javascript phenomenon because of nested callbacks/web devs inability to correctly use this.

What's poor about the networking hmm? Have you measured it?
What gamebreaking bugs? Have you reported them?
What easy to abuse exploits?
How do you know there's no anticheat - already banned plenty of accounts already wer hear
What counts as a slow fix?

After a while, gamers just continually trot out the same reasons for every game, despite there being little factual basis for such claims.

Game development is not magic. Developers do not just hit a optimise/fix bugs button in their IDE - this stuff takes time and work - and it is a little telling that some forums goers seem to have no conception of either time and work.

If you're not a developer, don't pretend that you are - it's intellectual dishonesty - pretense to information or knowledge that you don't actually possess. It's very grating.

I've encountered a bug with this texture mod.

Apparently, with this mod installed.

Ivana and Nikita taunt message portraits are swapped.

Using Ivana face as the player model, the taunt message portrait displays Nikita's face portrait instead.

Does anyone know how to fix it ???

Devs have shown over time that their hearts lie in a Twitch-Streamer cartoon action game for approx. 10-16 year olds. Not the survival sandbox we all brought into.
Any follow up game from these Devs would be zombie fortnite at the rate they infantalise their original vision.
Case of midlife crisis making them yearn to be teens again is my guess.
