This world has the highest difficulty setting in the campaign. You can always choose a custom game and set it to the easiest level if you prefer.
The developers intentionally made it more challenging — after all, it’s the 8th world in the campaign.

august 2025, i just tried to log into brighter shores, i have a premium account, it dosnt load when i click play in steam, tells me i have an error a missing licence, it's less than 12 hours since i last played, i have tryed al the usual closing out of all apps and programs etc but it still wont play, and this is nearest post i can find about my error, though it looks diferent, i have over 600 hours in game, so ne idea how i now have a licence missing?
Any one help, any one now unable to play brighter shores ?

Is it possible to buff the Magboots a bit?
Wallrunning should count as sliding and should be executed by holding space, so that you can freely look around and shoot. Would be great to feel like Lucio from Overwatch with a small speedboost when jumping from a wall so that you can scale buildings or use small surfaces to boost you further.
If its too much, make the mod bigger. For an exotic it feels quite underwhelming.

Also, Loadout naming please.

y'all look sad from the outside perspective, and I'm legit considering buying this silly game I'll never play just because there seems to be some sort of organised effort to go after it specifically, as opposed to literally any other dev that supports human rights

there are def HUGE maps... they just aren't in the beta... and the hype comes from this being basically bf3/4 after the joke that was 2042... of course people going to be hyped they are going back to the "roots" per-say.
