Growing up when Demon souls first came out, does that to a person. I've been with the franchise since the start. It's definitely a game I live in, what kills the game for me, is the nerfs to my favorite bosses.
It's like the equivalent of having some dude you don't know, coming into your house and making themselves at home, raiding your fridge, demanding you go out and buy them groceries.

It's the most toxic way a gamer can be, either adapt to the game or go play something else. Let it be the vision the developers want it to be and leave it alone.

Not against removing OP things, because like the Evergaol relic, things that are broken, ruin the game too. Every player wants to do the 1 boring meta and then it starts to affect my experience because im holding your hand while you go touch circles around the map fighting the most boring fights you could fight for 30 minutes straight.

From the recent Forge Talk, we will come across survivors of the initial explosion (what trapped us in Moria) and they will join our journey. At the place that is currently the end of campaign, when we open the doors, more NPCs will join us.
