On a side not I think people could really benefit from going back and reading those blogs again since build 42 has come out because they explained a lot of the slow part of their vision with even minecraft mods like sevtech as being influences.

Im not talking about things outside of obvious balancing and things Sully already mentioned.

Either aspect being great is the most important for me because I typically end up being both, whether I play alone or with others I tend to dip into it all!

It's 2.5D, pseudo 3D, when looking up / down everything looks distorted.

We've been over this.

2.5d was an insult coined by warren spector in regards to the engine. The engine is 3d. The renderer being column based doesn't make that not the case.

No I don't even understand what it is you're saying.

A group says it's difficult to live in this country and want a more equitable life and you see that as a personal insult or whatever it is you're doing here. I truly do not understand where you see any contradiction. America is a nice country, but some of the people in it are filled with so much hate and fear that they lash out at them which can make it extremely difficult. Remember the lies about the immigrants eating cats and dogs? I bet you do.

They claim that White people keep them in poverty, that White police officers execute them for nothing, that they have been oppressed by White people for hundreds of years. Every single problem they have is White peoples fault.

So claiming they're saying "it's difficult to live here" is putting it a bit mildly, don't you think?

Now given all these major grievances, is it not reasonable to ask the question, "why stay"? Is it not reasonable to ask why they insist on living with us? If all that is true, if we've been ruining their lives for centuries, why the hell would they want anything to do with us? Why wouldn't they want separation from us?

And yeah I remember the story, and I find it believable.

Here's a fun fact. When Duke Nuken 20th Anniversary released. I was disapointed and I moved on. I didn't camp their forum and cry like an entitled baby. I went ahead and found what I wanted via a sourceport. In this case, RedNukem.

Sometimes you aren't the target audience. Such is life. You can either move on and seek what you are looking for (GZDoom) or keep crying over something as small as a videogame when the intent of the developer is already known.

Sadly places like the Steam forums for Mighty No. 9, Sonic Adventure DX and 2: Battle, Earthion, and of course the remasters of classic FPS games like Doom, Quake, and Heretic have nothing but losers who ♥♥♥♥♥ and moan about "why X game is a failure!" or "why doesn't this game do this!" and drama queens who do nothing but start fights and then cry wolf when they get called out, and then they spread their toxicity wherever then can get away with it. Even the recently released Earthion has some clown trying to boycott the game because the "definitive" exA-Arcadia version isn't on Steam.
