-Worked fine before today

A while back I trespassed in Metropol and found some fearsome gold guys in the tunnels. I did some more trespassing from above and somehow survived them in the rich neighborhood. Just now I wandered through just to test performance on the new patch and found they had ran directly for me and jumped into the river. I was wondering what was swimming around when I saw one sprinting at me across the bridge.

Am I to expect them to chase me down every day I pass through? Or is this a patch fluke?

The Chinese Room, Change Your price down to 60$ which would still be expensive for a game with this much development hell and doubt around. Then put those two DLC clan free and say, it's was a internal error and mistake and then works towards making DLC and earn more money. You aren't Nintendo. 90$ is completely insane. You're doing more harm then good to Your own company reputation. You'd be more likely to make more money selling this game even at 40$. Then at 90$.

I had the same issue. As it turns out, the problem is one of the difficulty settings related to stealth. Information sharing distance, loud noise range or proximity awareness radius. Not sure which, just turn them all down to 100% for this mission until you save the carpenter. I guess those settings make him instantly spotted and killed by the reds lol
