it doesnt have a "different fight style" it doesnt have one and not a single element of the game was tested> Ashrahs f3 has her airborne, both feet off the ground, yet haviks sweep where he is lying down hits her. Frame data is literally irrelevant thanks to tremor, a kameo so busted there's no argument to be made for using anyone else, poke specials are the most important mechanic in the game, moves where the character swings at an opponents feet are inexplicably "overhead" attacks, a bunch of the characters are literally unviable t1k just got slapped yet stryker was re-buffed returning the braindead pm/stryker spam and homelander is literally untouched.

This is a "fighting game" where spacing, neutral, footsies, frame data, punishes don't matter, they effectively dont exist, mash your best button, mash tremor to cover any whiffs rinse repeat until a hit connects then rinse repeat the one combo your character gets like johnnys b3 into b3 into b3, or whatever scorpions ugly kick string is into itself 3 times or lius kick string into itself 3 times. The original mk1 is older than most people who played this 2023 abomination and it has more combo routes, more combo variety and more gameplay mechanics

Some like story, which thats what the Cards give, and the Cards are setup like a comic book, which the game is built after. If you dont like it, then you dont like it.

I think in the last 5 or so games I've played someone leaves or dcs. I don't think the world adjusts either so you're just screwed. Really bad design to make games last 45+ mins and someone can just leave anytime without punishment.
