Paradox GS are CPU bounded, playing on 1080p or 4k doesn't really matters for the CPU

The game is obviously not optimized and will run like a potatoe, and everyone preordering is a big whale

Well I don't see the point in preordering the standard edition at least, but anyone without a supercomputer and with a brain will use the 2-hour refund window to let the game run at speed 5, then see how well it runs in the 1700s. Including preorderers, since they're are also eligible for a refund regardless when they preordered.
