Not sure if this happened to someone else, but when I wanted to get the Peaceful Superstate, I did get access to the 5 things, but my colour and my government form didn't change.

Well.. somehow my two computers now have different states of this game.
I tried starting and closing in various sequences, and even uninstalled the game on one machine. After a reinstall It still pulled the unsynced data somewhere.

A 1/4?

About 98% of the Basin is PvE and about 50% of the DD.

You can dominate all the NPC's in the Basin with T5 gear. Soloing the labs and wrecks in the A row of the DD is fairly easy with T5 gear.

You can easily complete the main story and trainer quests with T4-5 gear.

There are only a couple of quests that require you to enter the PvP area of the DD. Those quest do not have a story or offer an significant or special rewards. They are simple go there and do these 1-2 simple tasks.

There are a good number of Landstradd tasks that do not require ever leaving the Basin to complete. So PvE players have the opportunity to participate. Out of 25 tasks there are at least 10 that are very PvE friendly each week.

You do not need T6 mats to complete the 95% of the quests and participate in the Landstradd.

If the entire DD was PvE you would be doing the exact same thing you could do in the Basin. Farm and stockpile stuff, only needing to repair and replace stuff from using it.

What you are missing out on if you never risk PvP north of the E row is farming T6 mats. So you can replace stuff lost to other players while farming T6 mats.

Why not use portal to make normal servers
