WHY

Hello. Although SWBF2 is fun to play when you are bored, compared to old BF2 (2005) I'm a little dissapointed.

WHATS WRONG with BF2 (2017)
---------------------------
1. no Ki-Adi-Mundi character (no Mace Windu, no Jango Fett, no Ayla Secura etc)
2. Inconsistent keyboard control system eg. air trooper has different key for fly and Boba Fett different.
3. very stupid Jedi/Sith heroes movements, why don't they just roll like normal people?
4. unreadable in-game interface. See how good the BF2 2005 interface was
I think using BW icons make it even more unreadable, like in Windows 10 settings :-(
5. vehicles as heroes – instead of allowing players to enter/exit tanks
6. space battles - no landing to hangar, ship boarding etc.
7. card abilities system - very stupid mobile-like idea.
8. no joystick support (classic flightsticks)
9. no map preview (like m key to view fllscreen map)
10. (shooting or grenades or lightsaber not damage allies - or am I missing something?)
11. requires EA app and EA account - developer with such requirement should be banned on Steam
12. no support for multiplayer user mods eg. additional characters etc. (also no support for LAN multiplayer)


BATTLEFFRONT 3 IDEAS:

1. more heroes eg. Ki-Adi Mundi
2. consistent easy to understand modifiable control system. Battlefront 2 2005 was ideal I think. Left button fire shoot Right through grenade. Mouse scroll up/down change weapons. Also classic joystick support needed (not only gamepad)
3. eqipment instead of cards, easy integrated with control system (completely new idea, not from 2005 version):
eg. select blaster and vibrosaber as LMB weapons, grenades and mines as RMB weapons, all weapons has weight, and you have a weight limit you can carry. Select Left/Right weapon with mouse scroll
4. space battles like in 2005 BF2 : start in hanagar, choose vehicle, enter, take off, can board enemy ship etc. many players can sit in one vehicle eg. Y-Wing
5. Also can enter/exit vehicles tanks etc.
6. lightsaber combat like in Jedi Knight Jedi Academy game
(maybe also fight like in Star Wars Jedi Academy with helpusobi + iknowkungfu codes)
7. maybe starship energy control system like in X-wing series?
8. different eras and fractions eg. Old Republic , High Republic, maybe Mandalorians or Yuuhzan Vongs? First Order vs Resistance is boring.
9. different heroes for different eras
10. in game interface for user mods, characters maps etc.
11. Starting custom multiplayer games with custom mods, maps, settings. maybe in game options to starting own servers?
12. No requirement to install additional software if bought on Steam. maybe it's time for Disney to hire different company. Please Not EA and not Ubisoft!
13. what about cheaters? Maybe some built-in anti-cheat system that doesn't require admin rights or installing as system driver or services (this is a security risk I'm afraid of). I don't know maybe just game files integrity checker will be enough? Which respect only legal user mods like heroes maps etc and don't allow to start game with everything else.
14. No microtransactions like in this game at begining. This will kill any serious game before even start!

What do you think about this ideas?

Expecting preload on the same day of release when it wasn't available 7 days before is like believing Santa Clause exists...

What are you talking about ? Almost every game preload is 24 hours before it comes out

They have stated that they will support both.

Yeah they support both but the Featured playlist is fully without classes locked, so nobody plays this, or knows where to find this.

Gut zu wissen und zu sehen, dass die Pumpe jetzt vernünftig benutzt wird.
Und ja, die Entwickler haben einiges getan seit letztem Jahr und einige SOP Mods unnötig gemacht, wie z.B. die Kompressoren an- und ausschalten, Lichtkontrolle usw.

Habe die Pumpenmod letztes Jahr hinzugefügt, weil mir das ständig vollgelaufene Boot nach Zeitkompression ziemlich auf die Nerven ging. ^^

Anyone figured out how to cut down on cpu usage lol, I know there is a load of destruction but there’s no way I should be capping out my processor lol
