I love the storms in 1. biome but always wonder why there is no temperature/humidity calculations..so player would get moist by rain and start losing body temperature..like there is heat in desert.

AND now that 2.3 introduces safe places (inside any building with roof), this would be neat.
Ofc could craft rain proof vestments later on. Would add so much immersion to game. In RL not any survivor want to be under rain, it CAN kill.

The demo and idea of this game are awesome, yet the tutorial seem a bit bland, the tree seem a bit weird, the camera pass trough it and is hard to focus on buildings (maybe i need more exercise with controls) there seems to be some issues with the scouts parties, and the story is a bit bland too, make the fog more interesting, more menacing, make it cover the map and have the player uncover it, by making secure roads, infrastructure so on, i as a city builder enjoy making elaborate production lines and complex hubs, also the pointy ears character elf seem a it annoing...
Another issue is that my laptop seem to struggle with the graphics and it shouldn't maybe the game should use some efficiency review,
Would i buy it? --- 100% after i get my super PC, now i don't wanna burn my laptop

When It comes to survival games, I am mainly a builder as I love exploring and experimenting with the crafts and the materials to get something fun and exciting! As well as I am also a fighter but mainly whit bow or swords. the creature aspect could make the fighting interesting as you can see with 1000 hours in palworld and v rising and forged with fire I just love survival games would love to play New game from you

I know the OP is a troll, but this reminds me of the right wing movement America First where Nick Fuentes saying having sex with women is gay and being in a relationship with a woman is essentially being a cuck. I can't tell you how many right wingers are just straight up homosexuals. When I was an alt righter it was like everyone in the movement was on the down low.

Now these dudes are trying to rewrite history and make being gay some kind of right wing thing and trying to turn everyone into an LGB without the T. Which I don't see what the point is or why these dudes are obsessed with staying in the closet and oppressing themselves and their fellow LGBTQ folk.

Whatever. Right wingers are nerds and the LGBTQ who exist outside of the closet aren't only based, but brave as hell. Right wingers can colon blast each other in the dark of the closet for all eternity for all I care. The left will keep forging ahead fighting for the equal rights of everyone. I bought the game on release (early access) and have been playing it on my Steam Deck in desktop mode (with a mouse and keyboard set-up), so while they may not have supported Steam Deck back in June, it appears to be working on Steam Deck as of August 27. So far I've played around with the tutorial, a solo run, various hub-activities and finished a 4-player team run of the first biome with the golem boss.

It's a playtest, the intended audience are people that are literally trying it for the first time. Better to be too easy than too hard for that use case. I'm not sure why people enter playtests and get surprised it's not a finished product that's fully balanced yet. The important thing is to give feedback on the parts you liked and didn't like about it. And it's fair for "I want it to be harder" to be in that list of course, but it shouldn't be a surprise that the playtest isn't a hardcore challenge.

I've played playtests for other similar-ish games, I've never encountered one that was anything like this easy. I've never encountered one that was harder to lose than to win. It's not a question of it not being "fully balanced", "a hardcore challenge" or any other made up expectations. It doesn't have balance, it doesn't have challenge. The visuals work, the audio works, the physics work, it totally should be surprising that the challenge doesn't work.

I just beat their roguelike in 9 minutes not caring what anything did or how it worked with anything else, just buying random stuff and spamming it. That's not usual. I don't want to sound like I think the devs are idiots or something, clearly a lot of work has gone into what they're presenting here, but that just makes the lack of challenge more noteworthy. Especially as I think many people who play it won't question it, they'll just think they played well.
