Great work dev! it's amazing what a passionate developer can do and I really hope this game gets the recognition it deserves.

Agree. a final sale would make lot of sense ... if it was just a licensing issue.

But here it seems to be a complicated case of ownership and rights to the game. Too many players here- SMS and Ian Bell, Codemasters, EA, and Bandai Namco. Too bad it never came to light (afaik) what exactly the dispute was, and among which parties.

Codemasters acquired SMS late 2019, but in February 2021 Codemasters was acquired by EA, guessing we had the pandemic to thank for that. A few months later, October 2021, Ian bell left the company. According to SteamDB, the game has not gone on sale on Steam since February 2022 at least. Clearly, exit of Ian Bell from EA/ Codemasters, and the game's not going on sale since can't be mere coincidences.

It's sad because the game is supposed to one of the few simcades that supposedly play well on a controller. PC2 certainly did not, by the way.

At this point, the only outside hope is that Ian Bell and his new company are able to renew licenses and sell the game again.

The Steam discussions aren't the appropriate place to dispute specific bans, please read the following FAQ . I've locked the thread as appealing via those methods is your best route forward.

Anyone who says content is lacking for an EA game that is not even past version 0.2 needs to bugger off.

When exploring scarlet coast you can find the ramblings of a mad woman (or something along those lines) in the elevated eastern part of the map. When read it says something along the lines of going to the windmill and then having no fear.

Just go to the windmill and jump off the northern cliff. You will find a shattered body with the Velmorne chart next to it. Don't forget that you have a double jump that can prevent fall damage though!
