I'm loving this game so far, but exploration doesn't feel right because of the slow walking speed. I get, that combat is balanced around the current speed, but I would love higher movement speed out of combat. Either by default or by means of a ring.

I refuse to even play the update, and given I live in the EU I got it refunded under GDPR, just like I said I would. Far better games out there with far more responsive developers that are worth my time. Enjoy this ♥♥♥♥ box game, ima go play quality.

but your best bet is to find and play the classic Armored Core games.

Which if one does via emulation I fully endorse and encourage the use of VanLaser's control mods for AC1-Silent Line, makes the whole experience much smoother and less jarring for anyone who might not have been around since the start (and even though I basically have I still prefer the twin stick setup solely for the ergonomics factor).

I suppose. Although I never use a Marshall. Why let the computer decide who and when to attack? You will make much better decisions as the Marshall.

Ahh, what can I do as a Marshall too? Btw I have another question, i just recruited a lord from other kingdom to join mine. But he is suspicious towards me, how do i solve the problem? He has no fiefs tho.

You need to give him some fiefs to raise his loyalty.

One of the problems with commander mode from BF2 though was obviously players had to have the ability to vote kick a commander if they were inept or even purposely abusive. But with BF2 this kick feature was abused and was became a extremely common and problematic practice is a commander would do a solid job and their team would be on the verge of winning. The their own team would then initiate a vote kick and then everyone jumped in trying to be the commander for the bonuses it gave with the victory.

If you can come up with a realistic and effective solution that enables getting rid of bad commanders but not allow the abuse against good commanders I'd be all for it.

They definitely made some..odd choices with some of the bosses for sure. Like the boss on the boat, basically she charges up and you have to land a quick time event within a second or so or you get party wiped.. not sure how you are supposed to complete that the first time through unless your on an easy difficulty and can survive it.

Honestly i don't think the game is bad at all, but it has a lot of weird quirks that seem like they should have been caught in testing; Kinda feels like the dev's themselves did the testing, so they weren't going in blind and didn't catch that kinda stuff.

That and later on (spoilers maybe?), when dohalim becomes your primary healer, even doing a lot of extra grinding and keeping him geared like i did there was a large spike in difficulty for awhile. I imagine for players that just left him on the side lines, didn't bother grinding his skills up/unlocking his arena skills or equipping him would have a very bad time, and there isn't really any hint that you will be forced to use him as an active member till it is too late to go back and work on him.

There is a lot of money pickups on the boat, probably for that reason, but not everyone is going to explore every corner and find them either. I could see that point forcing people to switch to easy mode tbh just to progress.
