Well, based on the latest patch, this is the end. I always thought this would happen. Guys. Don't expect anything good from this game. It's trash.

i don't know what to say, it sounds like you don't like the implementation from mafia 1:classic and 1:de. or really even mafia 2, which had those things in paid dlcs, and as options in the main menu.

I ran steam as administrator and that fixed it for me; both marvel rivals and stream are administrator.

yah I tried that as well. Also tried turn off anti virus, reinstall the game. Still stuck at that issue. No luck mate...

Someone else surely has to have this issue as well right?

The game has PVE? Yes. Just play that content if you like it.
The game has PVP? Yes, just go in PVP DD, if you like that.

You want PVE endgame as it was promised: "PVP is completely optional"? It seems you are getting it, right? May be a bit later then expected and promised but it's coming, right?

You want a full PVP experience right after creating the Character? errr... humm... I guess that's hard to have now as the game start is built upon a story line that has nothing to do with PVP, Sorry... I guess... But if you want the thrill of PVP and keep farming in the PVE area well... that's your fault, right?

PVE and PVP are different playstyles that will never ever merge. May be this is the major failure here?

Of course there are tons of errors and things not working... exchange... exploits... Landsraad (well... it works "per se" but not giving the massive battles results we hoped for, right?) ... but be sure of one thing: your perfect vision of any game will never be achieved just because it's your own vision and the game was not made just for you (if you didn't wasted some billions to pay everything needed to build your own dream game, of course).

So be at peace, enjoy what you can and just kick it off if it doesn't fulfill your fun time.
Online games will always change and evolve, sometimes in better sometimes in worse.
A game is made to have fun, if it's no fun or becoming a chore then kick it!

I agree that we should have some more missions by now, but at the end of the day, this is just what the gameplay loop is - dive, kill bugs, go back up. More objectives will make it lively for some time, but the core remains, experiment with different loadouts and/or tactics, that's how I got around.

Even the song goes "Dive, strike, kill die, dive, Freedom!" in a loop, haha.
