Just do poker. Seriously. Everyone knows it, everyone has a pretty good idea how to play it. You could do a variant called "Carcosa Hold 'Em" to make it somewhat unique. Something you can play quickly for a hand or two and (probably) not get shot by another faction while doing so.

Integrate it with trading (allow items to ante) and you've added a whole other layer to trading gameplay.

Oh bro, there is so many. I see you are leaning towards zombie stuff - with that I cannot help too much. Nonetheless - "Open world, base building, looting, player progression etc." - many will say Antistasi. PvE with a lot of side stuff - Forgotten Few 2, maybe an open world BF style capture mode? Hell yeah thx dude! I do like the zombie stuff but that's not the only thing I'm looking for. I checked out Antistasi and its looks really good. But which one? Main, Plus, Ultimate?

Forgotten Few 2 isn't really what I go for but it looks intriguing. Added to Favorites, just in case.

Duwas has a warning: "this is not a scenario for ARMA noobs" and I'm def a noob, I'll put a maybe later sticker on that one LOL.

Old Man looks sweet. I'm definitely trying it out asap, but I gotta get the dlc first and that'll have to wait for a sale. Hunter Six also looks great. It looks like it leans more towards squad combat and I am more lone wolf. But if the ai and mechanics are solid then it might be something I'd enjoy.

Proelium seems like it could be fun. I wanna do a bit more research on OPEX, I may need to check out some videos to see more of it.

Antistasi is gonna be my first choice I believe, it seems to resonate with me more. I can't wait.

I have over 500 hours in LE, nothing before level 10 is anywhere near as threatening as the Gryphon in TQ2. D3 is "hard" when you're still lv 1-5, but by 6-10 you're usually pretty unkillable (outside of boosting the difficulty to Master+) in my experience.

You have not played the current season. They had to hotfix the birds before you get the epoch.

i also hope that this update will also fix the sd card acheivement bug

Because they magically appear/spawn from within set range and knows exactly where you are lol, I've been waiting for this feature but their implementation is so basic and meh.
